• Documents: Man escapes federal custody in Greenville, arrested after chase (foxcarolina.com) — An escaped federal inmate was captured by Pickens County deputies after a vehicle chase that began when he and his girlfriend were suspected of shoplifting at Academy Sports in Easley. Authorities say he fled a Greenville halfway house in early September and was later tased and arrested after refusing to stop, facing multiple new charges that could affect local law enforcement and court activity.

  • I posted an item to sell on Nextdoor and somebody replied and wanted to buy it was just a $20 item I try to get them to pay with cash but they said they wanted to Venmo.
    They said they Venmo me the money but they were doing a business account so an email came with a phone number in it supposedly from Venmo it was not… (Nextdoor Hamilton Park)
  • Their pizza is fabulous.
