South Carolina Supreme Court REVERSES Family court ruling to terminate parental rights. The reason will surprise anyone who has never dealt with DSS.
The Supreme Court of South Carolina published this decision only a few days ago. I will not elaborate on what is said in the document as there is no need. It is a Court decision, and what probably the most important thing about this decision, is the fact that it PROVES what many people already know. What you will read in the legal document describes normal operating methods at that agency.
There are similar cases in every county in the state, including PICKENS! The Supreme Court REVERSED the family Court ruling to terminate parental rights in this case, and at the same time, gave the population of South Carolina some insight to the workings of DSS.
