Hello Patch readers! Coach Michael here learning a little about the
blogosphere. I can't get the blog set-up tool to accept any of my pictures, so the blog looks plain Jane for now.
As you can see from my description, this blog will contain topics that deal with God, family, and sports. I hope you enjoy the posts, but mostly I hope to invoke some thought. I like to have fun too though, so be prepared for that. I coach youth sports here in Easley, SC, so there will be a lot of local topics. However, I plan on covering topics that can go on all the Patch sites.
Before I close, let me share a little more about myself. I am originally from Michigan, but have lived most of my life in SC. I graduated from Seneca in 1990 and joined the Marine Corps soon thereafter. I now work at General Electric in Greenville and I teach a missions education program at church called Royal Ambassadors.
Topics will range from faith, family, sports, and some military topics will creep in as well.
So thank you for reading, and I can't wait to stir the pot a little. lol
