NTSB details fatal Milligan University cycling crash (wjhl.com) — Johnson City readers now have more detail on the August crash that sent Milligan University cyclists to Johnson City Medical Center, where all have since been discharged. A new NTSB report describes how a pickup struck the training group on U.S. 19E, outlines injuries and charges against the driver, and notes the federal investigation is still ongoing.
