Prompted in part by a "Hannah Can Help" TV segment, the previous owner was fined and a new owner is transforming the once-blighted one-acre property into a restored bungalow, easing frustrations for nearby residents. 
2. Man outside Nashville school exposes himself to child, repeatedly calls himself a pedophile, police say (wsmv.com) — Police arrested a man outside downtown Nashville's Hume-Fogg Academic High School after he allegedly exposed himself to a family, including a toddler, and then to an officer. The campus was closed at the time, and the suspect, who repeatedly called himself a pedophile and refused to identify himself, remains jailed as a John Doe with the Davidson County Sheriff's Office.
3. How signed tie-dye shirts are supporting a Nashville cancer patient (mytv30web.com) — At TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, cancer patient Ryan Fischer is turning tie-dye shirts into a powerful symbol of support, each one signed by friends, family, caregivers, and even strangers. His growing collection, including shirts from as far as New York, surrounds him during multiple myeloma treatment as a daily reminder that Nashville and beyond are standing with him.
