The Food Hall at River Ridge Mall in Lynchburg is a community-building platform that features three eating establishments run by campus dining at Liberty University.

Liberty Dining by Sodexo is the only account in the universities division with mall locations.

Grounded Handcrafted Burgers, Zaza Stonefire Pizza, and Mein Bowl, all original concepts, offer a variety of dining options for students and local shoppers.

Innovations for these restaurants are on-going.

This spring, Liberty Dining enhanced Zaza Stonefire Pizza's menu to include more than personal pizzas. The menu is now even more customizable with create-your-own strombolis, calzones, rotini pasta bowls, and salads.

Additionally, the dining venue now accepts Liberty University student Dining Dollars. Dining Dollars are part of a student’s meal plan for dining on campus that may now also be used at the Sodexo mall restaurants.

“We started accepting dining dollars at our mall locations to help make more options available to students off-campus, as well as to encourage more students to enjoy the local mall,” said Marketing Director Shelby Burton. “This is a very unique offering since Dining Dollars are historically only able to be accepted on-campus, and students seem excited about this change.”
