Here Are The NoVA Farmers Markets Staying Open Through Fall 2026
Shoppers can browse fall and winter harvests at these farmers markets in Northern Virginia.
NORTHERN VIRGINIA – Fall doesn't mean the end of farmers' market season. It means a whole new harvest in much of Northern Virginia.
Dozens of markets in Alexandria and Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William counties will stay open into the fall and beyond, with many year-round options for shoppers.
Listed below are many of the markets remaining open through the fall and beyond. Remember, individual markets can cancel dates because of weather or other circumstances, so shoppers should check with organizers before making a trip.

Here are the markets scheduled to remain open this fall:
Alexandria
Alexandria has several markets that continue after summer ends, including three with year-round schedules.

Old Town Farmers' Market: Saturdays, 7 a.m. to noon, year-round, in the 100 block of North Royal Street at Market Square.
Del Ray Farmers' Market: Saturdays, 8 a.m. to noon, year-round, at East Oxford and Mount Vernon avenues.
Old Town North Farmers' Market: Sundays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., year-round, at Montgomery Park, 901 N. Royal St. The market also operates Thursdays from 3 to 7 p.m. during spring, summer and fall.
West End Farmers' Market: Sundays, 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., through Nov. 15, at Ben Brenman Park, 4800 Brenman Park Drive.
The Market at Southern Towers: Saturdays and Sundays, 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., at 4901 Seminary Road.
Arlington County
Arlington has one of the region's largest concentrations of fall farmers markets, including several that operate year-round.
FRESHFARM Arlington Market: Saturdays, 8 a.m. to noon through December, at 1400 N. Courthouse Road. The Courthouse market operates year-round, switching to 9 a.m. to noon during the winter.
FRESHFARM Ballston Market: Thursdays, 3 to 7 p.m. during the main season at Welburn Square, 901 N. Taylor St. The new year-round market switches to 3 to 6 p.m. for its winter season. It's open through Dec. 17.
FRESHFARM Rosslyn Market: Wednesdays, 2 to 6 p.m., through Oct. 28, at Central Place Plaza, 1800 N. Lynn St.
Fairlington Farmers Market: Sundays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through Nov. 22, at the Fairlington Community Center, 3308 S. Stafford St.
Westover Farmers Market: Sundays, 8 a.m. to noon through November at 1644 N. McKinley Road. The year-round market switches to 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. from December through March.
Columbia Pike Farmers Market: Sundays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., year-round, at Pike Park, 2820 Columbia Pike. The market's published calendar includes dates throughout the fall and winter.
Fairfax County And Fairfax City
Fairfax County Park Authority operates 10 producer-only markets, and all remain open for at least part of the fall. Several continue until Thanksgiving week.
Mount Vernon Farmers Market: Wednesdays, 8 a.m. to noon, through Nov. 25. Sherwood Regional Library, 2501 Sherwood Hall Lane, Alexandria.
Oakmont Farmers Market: Wednesdays, 8 a.m. to noon, through Oct. 28. Oakmont Rec Center, 3200 Jermantown Road, Oakton.
Wakefield Farmers Market: Wednesdays, 2 to 6 p.m., through Oct. 28. Wakefield Park, 8100 Braddock Road, Annandale.
Annandale Farmers Market: Thursdays, 8 a.m. to noon, through Oct. 29. Mason District Park, 6621 Columbia Pike, Annandale.
Herndon Farmers Market: Thursdays, 8 a.m. to noon, through Oct. 29. 700 block of Lynn Street in Old Town Herndon, near the Red Caboose.
McLean Farmers Market: Fridays, 8 a.m. to noon, through Oct. 30. Lewinsville Park, 1659 Chain Bridge Road, McLean.
Kingstowne Farmers Market: Fridays, 3 to 7 p.m., through Oct. 23. Kingstowne Towne Center, 5870 Kingstowne Towne Center, Alexandria.
Burke Farmers Market: Saturdays, 8 a.m. to noon, through Nov. 21. VRE parking lot, 5671 Roberts Parkway, Burke.
Reston Farmers Market: Saturdays, 8 a.m. to noon, through Nov. 21. Lake Anne Village Center, 1609 Washington Plaza N., Reston.
Lorton Farmers Market: Sundays, 8 a.m. to noon, through Nov. 22. VRE parking lot, 8990 Lorton Station Blvd., Lorton.
Several independently operated markets also extend through the fall.
FRESHFARM Mosaic Market: Sundays, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., year-round. District Avenue between Merrifield Town Center and Strawberry Lane, around 2920 District Ave., Fairfax. The market continues at those hours through December, then switches to winter hours in January.
FRESHFARM Reston Market: Wednesdays, 3 to 7 p.m. through October; winter hours of 2 to 6 p.m. begin in November. The year-round market is at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 11900 Lawyers Road, Reston.
EatLoco Reston at Halley Rise: Sundays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., through Nov. 22. The seasonal market is at Halley Rise near Reston Town Center.
Great Falls Farmers Market: Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., year-round, at 756 Walker Road in Great Falls, according to the market's current website.
Fairfax City Farmers Market: Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., through Oct. 31, at 10500 Page Ave. in Fairfax.
Vienna Farmers Market: Saturdays, 8 a.m. to noon, through Oct. 31, at the Vienna Community Center, 120 Cherry St. SE.
Falls Church
City of Falls Church Farmers Market: Saturdays, 8 a.m. to noon throughout the fall at the City Hall parking lot, 300 Park Ave. The market operates year-round, with hours changing to 9 a.m. to noon from January through March.
Loudoun County
Several Loudoun markets operate year-round.
EatLoco Ashbrook Farmers Market: Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., year-round, at 44505 Atwater Drive in Ashburn. Formerly the One Loudoun market, it moved to Ashbrook and has grown to more than 100 vendors during its main season.
EatLoco Brambleton Farmers Market: Sundays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., year-round, at Brambleton Town Center.
Leesburg Saturday Farmers Market: Saturdays, 8 a.m. to noon through October at Virginia Village Shopping Center, 30 Catoctin Circle SE. The market remains open year-round, with its schedule changing after the summer season.
Cascades Farmers Market: Sundays, 9 a.m. to noon through October, at 21060 Whitfield Drive in Sterling, in the Senior Center parking lot.
Prince William County And Manassas
Dale City Farmers Market: Sundays, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. through November at 14050 Gemini Way in Dale City. Hours shift to 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. from December through March.
Historic Manassas Farmers Market — Thursday: Thursdays, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., through Oct. 29 at the Harris Pavilion, 9201 Center St.
Historic Manassas Farmers Market — Saturday: Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., through Nov. 21 at the Prince William Street parking lot, 9024 Prince William St.
