For Virginia home shoppers with a spare $15 million — or anyone who enjoys scrolling luxury Zillow listings for fun — the state’s real estate market currently features 11 ultra-high-end homes listed above that price point (and several just below.)

The properties are concentrated heavily in Fairfax County, particularly McLean and Great Falls, and include sprawling waterfront estates, sprawling farms, private docks, wine cellars, movie theaters and homes with as many as 16 bathrooms.

The listings range from approximately 1,736 square feet to nearly 39,000 square feet and collectively represent hundreds of millions of dollars in Virginia real estate inventory.

Here are the homes currently listed above $15 million, ranked from highest to lowest asking price:

1. 7979 E. Boulevard Dr., Alexandria — $49.9 million

Set on 16.5 acres along the Potomac River, the property sits on George Washington’s original Mount Vernon estate. The 16,000-square-foot home features eight bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, multiple balconies and a private waterfront dock.
