Teen Boy Fatally Shot In Henrico County Saturday Night

HENRICO, VA – A 16-year-old boy was shot and killed in the Brookland district of Henrico County Saturday night, police say.

According to Henrico County Police, officers were called to Balmoral Avenue and Fernwood Street around 10:40 p.m. Saturday night after a report of shots being fired. They found a 16-year-old with a gunshot wound.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
