VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – A Virginia Beach teenager accused of repeatedly driving their electric dirt bike recklessly is now facing multiple charges after leading police on a high-speed chase and eventually being tracked down by a helicopter, according to reports.
WRIC reports that a 15-year-old riding a modified electric dirt bike avoided officers attempting to make a traffic stop on Sand Bridge Road Saturday afternoon, blowing past multiple cruisers. A helicopter unit was called in to track the teen, who was caught after abandoning the bike.
