Woodbridge Man Charged After Exposing Himself Outside Arlington Apartment: Police (patch.com) — An Arlington resident reported a man exposing himself at an apartment window on Columbia Pike early Monday, leading county police to arrest 37-year-old Jayson Middleton of Woodbridge on an indecent exposure charge. He was arraigned in Arlington General District Court on Tuesday, with an adjudicatory hearing set for Dec. 2 and no case outcome yet recorded.

Skanska Wins $114M Contract to Rehabilitate I-395 Potomac River Bridge (cremarketbeat.com) — Drivers traveling between Arlington and D.C. on I-395 will see major changes as Skanska begins a $114 million rehabilitation of the Arland D. Williams Jr. Memorial Bridge, extending its life by about 75 years. Starting construction in early 2027, the project will convert the bascule span to a fixed span, upgrade safety features, and aims to ease a notorious congestion pinch point.
