UPDATE: Chantilly Teacher Arrested for Child Porn

UPDATE: Robert Fenn, a teacher at Poplar Tree Elementary School in Chantilly, arrested Tuesday on child pornography charges after school let out at 3 p.m., likely attended a bond hearing this morning at the Fairfax County Courthouse before .
The investigation of Fenn originated with the U.S. Immigration and Custom Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations unit, also known as "ICE," according to FCPD spokesman Officer Eduardo Azcarate.
The investigation most likely began with screening that ICE agents do of Internet activity, a source said.

FCPD was brought in by ICE to help with the investigation and evidence was collected and found at Fenn's home in Herndon, according to Azcarate. No school equipment or students at the school were involved, he said.
Azcarate described Fenn's teaching position at the school as being a special education teacher who worked with children in grades kindergarten through 3rd grade.

After his arrest on Tuesday, Fenn was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he awaited an early morning bond hearing.
The images that were discovered at the Herndon home "were sexually explicit and pornographic involving children," Azcarate said.
