Fair Oaks District Police Report: 60-Year-Old Centreville Man Charged With Simulated Masturbation at Fair Lakes Store
A summary of incidents reported for Feb. 23-29.

For the week ending on Feb. 29, there were two major incidents, 10 larcenies and no vehicle thefts included in the Fair Oaks District Activity Report.
Major Incidents
- INDECENT EXPOSURE: At 5:45 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 25, employees at a store on the 13000 block of Fair Lakes Shopping Center reported that someone allegedly exposed himself in an aisle where children were present. Jerome A. Fleming, 60, of Centreville, was arrested and charged with simulated masturbation.
- BURGLARY: The victim reported someone entered a home on the 3400 block of Jermantown Road at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 29 and took jewelry and electronic equipment. Forced entry was made through the front door.
