Fair Oaks District Police Report: 60-Year-Old Centreville Man Charged With Simulated Masturbation at Fair Lakes Store

For the week ending on Feb. 29, there were two major incidents, 10 larcenies and no vehicle thefts included in the Fair Oaks District Activity Report.

 Major Incidents 

• INDECENT EXPOSURE: At 5:45 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 25, employees at a store on the 13000 block of Fair Lakes Shopping Center reported that someone allegedly exposed himself in an aisle where children were present. Jerome A. Fleming, 60, of Centreville, was arrested and charged with simulated masturbation.  

• BURGLARY: The victim reported someone entered a home on the 3400 block of Jermantown Road at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 29 and took jewelry and electronic equipment. Forced entry was made through the front door. 

Larcenies

• 3100 block of Castro Drive: Medications stolen from residence
• Intersection of Fairfax Farms Drive and Valley Ridge Drive: Airbag stolen from vehicle
• 12100 block of Goldenchain Court: Purse stolen from vehicle
• 11200 block of James Swart Circle: Miscellaneous items stolen from residence
• 11800 block of Larry Road: Guitar stolen from residence
• 11600 block of Monument Drive: Varied merchandise stolen from business
• 3900 block of Penderview Drive: Vehicle parts stolen from vehicle
• 12100 block of Polo Drive: Vehicle part stolen from vehicle
• 13200 block of Pressmont Lane: Tools stolen from vehicle
• 12000 block of Ridge Knoll Drive: Dashboard stolen from vehicle
