Fair Oaks District Police Report: Chantilly Teen Arrested in Abduction and Sexual Battery Case

A summary of incidents reported for Sept. 29-Oct. 5.

For the week ending on Oct. 5, there was one major incident, seven larcenies and no vehicle thefts included in the Fair Oaks District Activity Report. 

Major Incident 

  • *UPDATE: ABDUCTION WITH THE INTENT TO DEFILE/AGGRAVATED SEXUAL BATTERY/ARREST: A 15-year-old Chantilly area boy has been arrested in a that occurred on Monday, Sept. 19 in the 13200 block of Leafcrest Lane. The suspect was charged with abduction with the intent to defile and aggravated sexual battery. The suspect is being held on a detention order at the Fairfax County Juvenile Detention Center.

  • 9500 block of Blake Lane: Candy stolen from business
  • 13000 block of Fair Lakes Shopping Center: Wallet stolen from business
  • 9800 block of Five Oaks Road: Credit card and cash stolen from school
  • 3200 block of Kinross Circle: Cell phone stolen from residence
  • 13900 block of Metrotech Drive: Catalytic converters stolen from residence
  • 3900 block of Pender Drive: Cash stolen from business
  • 12200 block of Pender Creek Circle: Air conditioning unit stolen from residence
