Sully District Police Report: Indecent Exposure in Centreville, Clifton Man Presents Fraudulent Prescription at CVS
A summary of incidents reported for August 18-24.

For the week ending on August 24, there were two major incidents, four larcenies and two vehicle thefts included in the Sully District Activity Report.
Major Incidents
- INDECENT EXPOSURE: A man was touching himself inappropriately in a stairwell in the 5600 block of Willoughby Newton Drive around 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 18. The suspect was described as black, in his late 20s, between 5 feet 6 inches and 6 feet 1 inch tall, and 180 to 250 pounds, with short, black hair. He was wearing a dark-colored shirt, black nylon gym shorts and dark-colored shoes.
- OBTAIN DRUGS BY FRAUDULENT PRESCRIPTION/ARREST: Police arrested a man for allegedly attempting to pass a fraudulent prescription at the CVS located at 5652 Pickwick Road around 8:20 p.m. on Monday, August 22. Eric W. Rice, 29, of 13062 Quartz Lane in Clifton, was charged with obtaining drugs by fraudulent prescription.

- 14600 block of Lee Highway: iPhone stolen from business
- 11200 block of Robert Carter Road: Gasoline stolen from residence
- 14400 block of Turin Lane: GPS and phone charger stolen from vehicle

- 14200 block of Park Meadow Drive: 2010 Honda Odyssey
- 13900 block of Rockland Village Drive: 2008 Honda
