• Duncan, James Stephen (nrvnews.com) — Christiansburg native James “Steve” Stephen Duncan, born January 1, 1950, has passed away at age 76. The longtime Radford Army Ammunition Plant retiree is remembered by his wife Barbara, daughters, grandchildren, and extended family, who are being cared for by Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford. Per his wishes, no services are planned at this time.
