• Montgomery County man convicted of drug distribution (wdbj7.com) — A Montgomery County man has been sentenced after multiple undercover meth sales, including one deal in a business parking lot on Riner Road. Investigators say several controlled buys in 2025 led to his conviction and a plea agreement. He received an 80-year sentence with 20 years to serve and lengthy probation afterward.
