Presidential hopeful John Kasich is under scrutiny in the media after saying that he received the support of “many women, who left their kitchens” to help him with his campaign during a speech at George Mason University today, Feb. 22, 2016.
According to NBC News, Kasich told the audience at GMU that he was elected for State Senate in Ohio back in 1978 with the help of “an army of people, who, and many women, who left their kitchens to go out and go door to door and to put yard signs up for me. 3 Arrested in Arlington After Attack on Uber Driver
A wild Saturday night in Arlington ended with three men getting arrested on charges of attacking an Uber driver with a beer bottle and shattering a window.
The Uber driver was driving in the 500 block of S. Washington Boulevard at around 11 p.m. Feb. 20 with six passengers in his sport utility vehicle when he noticed that some of the occupants were drinking alcohol, said Ashley Savage, spokesperson for Arlington County Police. >>> Read more.
