• Office of Prevention and Recovery awarded grant to support veterans and their families (pcpatriot.com) — Veterans and military families in Dublin can now access free mental health care and wraparound support through the new HOPE Program, funded by a $30,000 state grant. Run by Pulaski County’s Office of Prevention and Recovery with offices in Dublin and Fairlawn, the program offers counseling, case management, and help with housing, transportation, job skills, and more. To enroll or refer someone, call (540) 994-2560. 
• Dublin Council Holds Public Hearings on Budget; water and sewer rates (pcpatriot.com) — Dublin residents face upcoming increases in water, sewer, and garbage rates after Town Council approved new utility schedules for the 2026–27 fiscal year, while keeping real estate and personal property taxes unchanged. Council also advanced plans for the town’s July 4th events, a monthly Dublin Farmer’s Market with live entertainment, and a new town website, all aimed at improving local services and community life.
