Pulaski County paramedic visits high-risk patients at home to reduce 911 calls (wdbj7.com) ā€” Pulaski Countyā€™s community paramedic program is cutting unnecessary 911 calls by visiting highā€‘risk residents at home and connecting them with services before emergencies happen. Community paramedic Erika Dalton currently manages about 70 patients, and early results show call volumes dropping sharply. The program is free to patients and is helping shape a new education partnership with Radford University.

Pulaski County Sheriff's Office looking to identify two men accused of theft (wset.com) ā€” Pulaski County Sheriffā€™s Office is asking residents to help identify two men accused of breaking into a local home and stealing a portable air conditioner.
