A Prom Dress Giveaway sponsored by "Empower Me Pretty Inc." on Saturday, April 21st, 12 noon to 4:30 pm at Key Middle School & Center (Entrance #1), 6402 Franconia Road, Springfield, Va. Dress and gowns will be given away on a first come, first serve basis. A high school ID is required. Door prizes, makeovers and hair consultants will be available.
