Fairfax Training for Respite Care Volunteers

No one needs a break more than family caregivers of older adults who cannot be left alone. Fairfax County needs volunteers who can commit six hours a month so a caregiver can go shopping, attend a doctor's appointment or just have coffee with a friend. Volunteers are matched with families in or near their own neighborhoods. Support and training is provided.
