Starting Vegetables From Seed

Ever wanted to learn about starting vegetables (and a few herbs and flowers) from seed ? Now is your chance.  We will cover when to plant different varieties, which plants to start indoors and which seeds like to go straight into the ground. We discuss seed types and lingo so you have a working knowledge of seed. Handouts include detailed charts, recommended seed companies and resources. Join us the following Saturday (April 14) for a free work study day where we can apply some of what we learned in this class.
