Fight On CUE Bus, Attack On Store Employee Land 2 Men In Jail: Police
Two men were arrested on Monday, one for hitting a drug store employee and the other for striking four police officers, according to police.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — City of Fairfax Police charged two men with assault in two separate cases that occurred on the same day. In one of the cases, the suspect was accused of assaulting four police officers.
On Monday, city police responded to the area of Pickett Road and Silver King Court for the report disorderly conduct on a CUE bus. Officers determined that the man, whom they identified as 54-year-old Youthana Inthirath of no fixed address, yelled at other passengers, trying to engage them in a fight. Inthirath appeared to be under the inflluence of alcohol, according to police.
During the arrest, city police say that Inthirath resisted and assaulted four officers. Once he was taken into custody, the police took him to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was held without bond.

Youthana faces one charge each for being drunk in public and obstruction of justed. In addition, he was charged on four counts of assault on a officer.
In the second case, city police were called to the CVS located at 10090 Fairfax Blvd. for the report of someone assaulting an employee. A preliminary investigation revealed that a man entered the store and concealed multiple items of merchandise, according to police. When the man was confronted by an CVS employee, he punched them multiple times and caused physical damage to the store. Taking several items, he left the store on foot. During the encounter, the store employee received minor injuries.

Police quickly arrested the suspect, whom they identified as 26-year-old Luis Hernandez of no fixed address. Hernandez was taken to the adult detention center and charged with felony destruction of property, petit larceny, and assault & battery. He was then held without bond.
