Nutley Street Ramp Off Of I-66 West To Be Closed This Weekend Due To Construction
Virginia Department of Transportation will be detouring traffic this weekend at the Nutley Street exit off of I-66 West.
FAIRFAX, VA — Travelers on westbound I-66 can expect the ramp to Nutley Street North and South to be closed next weekend due to construction work.
Virginia Department of Transportation will be closing the ramp from 10 p.m. on Friday, March 4 to 5 a.m. on Monday, March 7.
Westbound traffic on I-66 will be directed to take the Vienna/Fairfax/GMU station exit and then turn right onto Country Creek Road. Following Virginia Center Boulevard, drivers will be detoured back to Nutley Street, where they can turn left toward Vienna or right toward Fairfax.

Drivers can expect construction work to continue at the Nutley Street/ I-66 interchange through the rest of the year. Once work is completed, the new Nutley Street Interchange will include two roundabouts that will provide more effect and safe assess for vehicles and pedestrians traveling on Nutley Street.
All roadwork is contingent on weather conditions.
