Parking Lot Crash Leads To Arrest In Fairfax
A drunk man driving a heavily damaged vehicle was arrested Tuesday after he kept on driving; the rest of the Fairfax Police crime report.

FAIRFAX, VA — Here's a word to the wise. If you crash your vehicle in the middle of the night and you've been drinking, don't get back in the vehicle and begin driving again. For one thing, a heavily damaged vehicle almost certainly will draw attention from police. For another thing, well, you've been drinking.
But that's what happened Tuesday night in the area of Fairfax Boulevard and Draper Drive, according to Fairfax Police. Shortly before 3 a.m., police pulled over a heavily damaged vehicle. And yep, the driver was intoxicated. Douglas Danilo Martinez Constante, 43, of the 10300 block of Layton Hall Drive, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and issued a citation for defective equipment. Only later was it found that he had been been involved in a crash in the parking lot of Circle Towers in Fairfax County.
