The NonProfit Times is the leading business publication for nonprofit management. It produces this annual ranking based on a nationwide survey of nonprofit employees, who are questioned on workplace practices including leadership, planning, work environment, training and development, and job satisfaction.
“Pathway Homes is again thrilled to be recognized as one of the nation’s best nonprofits to work for,” said Dr. Sylisa Lambert-Woodard, Pathways president and CEO. “What is particularly pleasing about this award is that it is based on employee feedback. To be ranked in the top 10 of agencies our size means that our efforts to recruit, train, support, and recognize our staff are truly paying off.
