McGregor will be on hand to help raise awareness for next summer’s World Police and Fire Games, which take place in Fairfax County and the National Capital Region June 26 through July 5, 2015. His appearance in Manassas will formally launch Police Week on a day when the Potomac Nationals are providing a day of fun on the baseball diamond with the region’s public safety heroes and their families.

Prior to McGregor’s autograph signing, The P-Nats and WPFG will host a baseball clinic for the children of public safety personnel. Staffed by current Potomac Nationals players, the clinic will give children ages 5-12 the opportunity to enjoy the game with future stars! Following the clinic, the kids will enjoy a picnic where they will meet McGregor and receive exclusive access to the Kids Zone.  The first thousand fans in attendance will receive a co-branded 2015 World Police and Fire Games and Potomac Nationals baseball and after the final out, the evening will conclude with a fireworks display.

In addition to the Police Week activities, the Potomac Nationals will donate $4 from each ticket purchased to Fairfax 2015, the organizing body for next summer’s Games.
