FAIR OAKS, VA — Fairfax County Police detectives have charged a Gainesville man with sexually assaulting a patient at Fair Oaks Hospital, according to a police release.

Hospital staff contacted police on April 18, after a patient reported he was given a physical exam by the hospital technician who had handed him a gown. At first, the victim thought the man was authorized to conduct the exam, but the victim later told a physician assistant about it, which led to staff calling the police.

A preliminary investigation revealed that 25-year-old Yoshimi Koga Contreras of Gainesville had told the victim to undress. He then performed a physical exam of the victim's body, including his genitals. Koga Contreras is not authorized nor does he have a license to provide medical treatment, according to police.
