Police say the threats happened Feb. 21. After that, according to police chief Carl Pardiny:

". . .Harrison was one of several potential individuals who were investigated. We conducted interviews and found no evidence of firearms at that time. Initially, the suspect cooperated with police (but as) the investigation continued, we obtained new information that provided probable cause to secure search-and-arrest warrants for Mr. Harrison. Upon executing the search warrant on Friday, March 2, we found rifle ammunition at this residence.

"With that new information, combined with the fact that he threatened harm to police and others, and he is evading arrest, we consider him armed and dangerous. We do not want the community or the police to nonchalantly approach him. He is actively evading arrest, and he threatened to harm police."
