The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors chair has spoken out against the federal government's search for space to house unaccompanied immigrant children in northern Virginia. A letter from the chair criticized the separation of immigrant families at the border and says, "Fairfax County wants no part in this heartless practice."

Man Wearing TV Set On Head Leaves Old TVs On VA Doorsteps

Perhaps it was a misguided act of generosity, a man authorities call the "TV Santa Claus" anonymously left old-school television sets on doorsteps at more than 50 Virginia homes. The TV Santa dressed either with a TV shaped mask or an empty set turned into a helmet was caught on doorbell cameras.
