HYBLA VALLEY, VA — Fairfax County Police have arrested four people in the gang-related killing resulting in a body left at North Hill Park. A juvenile was identified as the victim after the body was discovered in the woods on May 23.

Armando Dagoberto Reyes Reyes, 27, of Alexandria, was charged with murder and abduction on July 2. Two other men, Cesar Antonio Ochoa Carillo, 20, and Doroteo E. Diaz Martinez, 20, of Alexandria, were previously arrested and charged with unlawful disposal of a dead body. A juvenile was charged with gang participation. The three adults are being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center without bond. The juvenile is being held at the Fairfax County Juvenile Detention Center.

In a statement, police said there was a delay in announcing the arrests "to not compromise investigative leads." Detectives had been tracking down Reyes Reyes and the juvenile, who had both fled to Florida. Fairfax County Police worked with the Fort Lauderdale Police Department, Broward County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Marshals Task Force to arrest them. Detectives followed additional leads after the arrests.
