HYBLA VALLEY, VA — Fairfax County Police have charged a fifth person in relation to the gang killing and improper burial of a juvenile at North Hill Park in May 2019.

Bryon Arenas Estupinian, 22, of Alexandria, was arrested Thursday and charged with abduction. He is being held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Police say the investigation remains active.

Two people were charged with murder and abduction: Armando Dagoberto Reyes Reyes, 27, of Alexandria, and a 17-year-old juvenile. Reyes Reyes and the juvenile had both fled to Florida before their arrests in summer 2019. The juvenile was originally charged with gang participation, but police later arrested and charged the juvenile with murder and abduction in December.
