10 Vehicle-Crash Yields Minor Injuries In Springfield
The crash happened just before Braddock Road on the Capital Beltway.
SPRINGFIELD, VA—A 10-vehicle crash resulted in minor injuries on the Beltway in North Springfield Monday, the fire department says.
Around 6:46 p.m., Fairfax County Fire and Rescue units responded to northbound I-495 before Braddock Road for the multi-vehicle crash. Two people went to the hospital with minor injuries.
The crash blocked three lanes of northbound I-495 as first responders assessed injuries and cleared the scene. The cause of the collision was not immediately identified.
