Armed Carjacking Suspect In Kingstowne Arrested
Police have charged a suspect for carjacking a taxi driver at gunpoint.

KINGSTOWNE, VAāPolice have netted a suspect in a June armed carjacking of a taxi cab in Kingstowne.
The carjacking happened to a Springfield Taxi driver on June 14 in the 7000 block of Manchester Boulevard. Police say the victim was in his car around 3:30 a.m. when the suspect approached and implied a weapon.
The suspect demanded money, so the victim handed over an undisclosed amount of money and was pulled from the car. The cab driver was not seriously injured.

Police arrested Cuther Lee Watts, 31, of Bladensburg, Md. Wednesday. He is being held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
