Bank Robber Sought In Rose Hill: Police
Police did not say if the incident was related to another bank robbery last week in Rose Hill.

ROSE HILL, VA—A suspect is on the loose after a bank robbery in Rose Hill Thursday, Fairfax County Police say.
The robbery happened before 10 a.m. at the BB&T Bank, 5203 Franconia Road. Police say the suspect implied he had a gun and demanded money. He fled on foot after receiving cash. No one was injured.
Police did not locate the suspect during an immediate search of the area. The suspect is described as a black man around 6 foot and 180 pounds. He was wearing an orange construction hat, light colored face mask, and gray clothing.

Police did not say if the incident could be connected with the Dec. 10 armed robbery at Burke & Herbert Bank. The suspect was similarly described as wearing a construction helmet and face mask.
