Designed for all skill levels, our one-week and two-weeks camps offer exciting, hands-on experiences where young performers can tap into their creativity and develop new theatrical skill sets, culminating in a showcase for family and friends.
MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM (TEEN CONSERVATORY)

(includes field trip to see Synetic’s Midsummer Night’s Dream mainstage performance @ Olney Theatre)
This unique three-week program offers hands-on, rigorous training in Synetic’s distinctive approach to acting and physical theater. Under the instruction of Vato Tsikurishvili, a professional actor, educator, and director with over 15 years of experience, students will train in techniques such as mime, dance, clowning, acrobatics, and stage combat to collaborate with other dedicated young performers in re-imagining Synetic’s award-winning, wordless production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Synetic’s teen programs have notoriously graduated actors who’ve gone on to be featured in their mainstage productions. Whether you’re aiming for a career in the arts, or looking to challenge yourself, the Summer Teen Conservatory is the next step in your artistic journey!
