Credit Cards Stolen, Used Near Franconia-Springfield Metro

Police are seeking two suspects believed to have taken the credit cards on a Metrobus.

SPRINGFIELD, VA — Police are seeking information on a credit card fraud case in the area of the Franconia-Springfield Metro.

Two men reportedly stole a backpack from a Metrobus near the station on Oct. 2. The backpack contained credit cards, which were used for fraudulent purchases at stores in the area. Police have not identified the suspects but released surveillance images.
