Firearms Training, No Experience Necessary

NO EXPERIENCE OR FIREARMS OWNERSHIP IS NECESSARY!

This covers safe loading/unloading drills, ammo, cleaning, what to do when/if a gun jams, what to look for when purchasing a firearm, shooting fundamentals, and the concealed permit process. This course does meet the requirements for a concealed permit, MD or VA. Meets requirements for D.C. gun registration.

If necessary, firearms will be provided for training AT NO CHARGE. Feel free to bring a personal handgun to the range, boxed and unloaded; ammunition separate from the firearm. Sorry, no live ammunition in the class!

Tuition covers range rental, targets, firearm, and hearing/eye protection. Following the classroom instruction, we will be going to the indoor range!

Please wear closed toe shoes. Targets, firearms, and hearing/eye protection covered in fee. Certificate is awarded to each person that demonstrates safe handling and proficiency.
