The Kingstowne Striders will be holding their weekly track workout at Edison High School track, 6PM. ALL are welcomed. Runners, Walkers, and anyone looking for fun, fitness, and good health. The workout will be warmups, technique drills, (1200m) repeats, and cooldown. Just bring your last race time to Coach Kevin to the workout or email him before at President@KingstowneStriders.org and he will set our pace. Our numbers have been growing, even despite the hot weather. It is a great way to also prepare for those fall races you may have scheduled.
