Body Found Outside Virginia CVS; Fairfax County Man Arrested
A Fairfax County man is charged with murder after a body was found near a dumpster outside a Virginia CVS.

WARRENTON, VA—A Fairfax County man has been arrested charged with murder after a body was found last week outside a Warrenton, Va. CVS.
After 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 26, Warrenton Police found a body outside the CVS Pharmacy at 510 Blackwell Road. The victim was found on the side of the building near a dumpster and was identified as Rex Mack Olsen, 64, of Reva, Va.
Bernard Clark Duse, Jr, 76, was arrested Wednesday morning in the Groveton area of the county. He is charged with first degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of murder. At the time of the incident, Olsen was the manager of the CVS, and Duse was an employee. Police say gun was used in the murder. An autopsy is being conducted.

The arrest comes after six days of investigation. Fairfax County Police, Virginia State Police and Fauquier County authorities assisted with the investigation.

According to The Washington Post, this is the first murder in Warrenton, which has a population of at least 9,600.
