A woman died in the crash when her car was rear ended and overturned.

A Springfield man has been charged in a crash that caused a car to overturn and kill a woman Saturday on Interstate 95. David A. Tobul, 25, faces a DUI-manslaughter charge for the crash.
Around 1:15 a.m. Saturday, Virginia State Police responded to southbound I-95 near mile marker 166, which is close to the Fairfax County Parkway. Police say a car rear ended an SUV, which overturned.
The SUV driver, Kaitlyn R. Taylor, 26, of Jessup, Md., was pronounced dead on scene. The crash caused Tobul's car to catch fire, but he was not injured. Two passengers in his car were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
