The victim, who was with friends in the cafeteria, left and reported the incident to a teacher. The school district, Child Protective Services and police began investigations, and Yarborough was placed on administrative leave. On July 10, he was charged, and he was given the criminal summons on July 17.
He was released but will appear at the Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on Aug. 4.
