Found: Missing Woman In Springfield With Cognitive Issues
She went missing on Monday, but was found safe early on Halloween.

SPRINGFIELD, VA — Fairfax County police are thanking the public for retweeting their post, which asked for help finding 65-year-old Nannea Johnson who went missing Monday. She was found safe on Halloween morning.
"FOUND!" the post read. "Nannea Johnson is safe. Thank you for the RTs."

Police said Johnson was in need of her medication, suffering from a cognitive impairment. She was last seen at the Springfield Healthplex Hospital around 2 p.m. where she left her caretaker, police said.
