Incident Blotter: Drunk in Public

Drunk in Public/Arrest

Police responded to the 9600 block of Dutchman Drive for a trespassing complaint around 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 29. When officers arrived, Reginald E. Allen, 42, of Washington, D.C., reportedly was not cooperative with them and appeared to be intoxicated. He was charged with drunk in public.
