Indecent Exposure Suspect At Springfield Town Center Arrested
Police say the suspect exposed himself and made contact with the victim at a Springfield Town Center store.

SPRINGFIELD, VA — Fairfax County Police have arrested and charged a suspect after an indecent exposure Monday at Springfield Town Center.
The incident was reported around 5:22 p.m. Monday at the Target, located at 6600 Springfield Mall. Police determined a man approached a woman from behind and exposed himself. The man reportedly made physical contact with her, and the victim responded by pushing back. The man fled the area, and police could not immediately locate the man.
Surveillance footage of the suspect was provided by Target, and a community tip led to the arrest. Gamal Mohamed Osman, 34, of Alexandria, was charged with sexual battery and indecent exposure. He was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and released on bond.
