Man Bares Bottom at Shopping Center Parking Lot: Police

Fairfax County Police report an indecent exposure incident Thursday in Springfield.

The incident took place Thursday just after 3 a.m. in the 6300 block of Springfield Plaza, according to police. An officer was on patrol in a parking lot of a shopping center when he observed a man exposing his buttocks, police said. The suspect was arrested.

Richard M. Coro Santi, 27, of Springfield, was charged with indecent exposure, drunk in public and obstruction of justice.
