Man Dies In Crash On Telegraph Road

Police say the driver lost control of his car and hit a tree in the fatal crash near Kingstowne.

KINGSTOWNE, VA—A man is dead after crashing his car on Telegraph Road in the Kingstowne-Rose Hill area early Sunday.

Around 1 a.m., the driver was traveling south on Telegraph Road in the 6700 block before the South Kings Highway intersection. He lost control of the car and crashed into a tree.

Walther Rubio Valladarez, of Fredericksburg, 23 was pronounced dead on the scene. There were no other passengers or cars involved.
