KINGSTOWNE, VA—An online meetup sale turned ugly at Kingstowne Towne Center Tuesday, according to Fairfax County Police.Around 10:51 p.m., the victim was meeting a man to sell his cell phone in the Kingstowne Towne Center Parking lot. The man, who he met online, reportedly got into the victim's car and punched him. The suspect ran away after stealing the cell phone. Around 10:51 p.m., the victim was meeting a man to sell his cell phone in the Kingstowne Towne Center Parking lot. The man, who he met online, reportedly got into the victim's car and punched him.
