Man Charged For Shooting Brother In Springfield: Police

Police said there was threat to the public from the domestic incident.

SPRINGFIELD, VA—Fairfax County Police say a person is in custody after shooting his brother in Springfield Thursday.

The shooting happened in the 7000 block of Hooes Road around 9:15 a.m. Police say a 21-year-old man shot his 26-year-old brother during a physical fight. The victim was taken to the hospital and has non-life-threatening injuries.

Joseph Cetto, 21, was arrested and charged with aggravated malicious wounding. He is being held without bond.
